We sincerely thank you and are honored to serve you at DIVA NAIL BAR. To maintain a professional, safe, and comfortable environment for all customers and staff, please kindly read and support the following policies:

1. Consultation Before Service
Please discuss clearly with your nail technician regarding the service, design, colors, style, and pricing before the service begins.

2. Color Change Policy
Before starting your manicure or pedicure service, if you would like to change colors or designs, we are always happy to accommodate your request.

However, after the technician has completed all 10 nails, if you decide to change to another color, we will still gladly redo the service according to your preference, but an additional color change fee will apply due to the extra time, products, and labor required.

3. Warranty Policy
• We only provide warranty service for gel polish services.
• Regular nail polish is not covered under warranty due to normal daily wear and chipping.
• Gel warranty is valid within 10 days from the service date.
• The warranty does not apply to damage caused by strong impact, picking, chemical exposure, or self-repair at home.

4. Quiet Environment
Please do not use speakerphone or speak loudly in order to maintain a relaxing environment for all customers.

5. Children Accompanying Customers
If you bring children with you, please supervise them carefully during your visit.

If your children damage, break, or cause loss to any property inside the salon, you will be responsible for the cost of those damages.

6.Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds after services have been completed.

7. Complaints & Concerns
If there is anything you are not satisfied with, please speak directly with management so we may assist you in the best possible way.

8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disrespectful behavior toward staff, causing disturbances, or negatively affecting other customers.

9. Nail Art (Design) Policy
For nail art designs, pricing may vary depending on the complexity of the design. Please discuss and confirm pricing with your technician before the service begins.

10. Sanitation & Safety
DIVA NAIL BAR follows sanitation and disinfection standards according to U.S. nail industry regulations.

11. Review & Feedback Policy
DIVA NAIL BAR sincerely values all reviews and feedback from our customers.

If you would like to leave a review for our salon, we kindly ask that you share your honest and fair experience with us.

Whether it is a compliment or a concern, every comment is valuable and helps us learn, improve, and serve our customers better each day. We would also greatly appreciate it if you could mention the name of the technician who served you, so we may recognize good efforts as well as provide additional support and training where improvement is needed.
